Yes! All sizing is US standard sizing. An item description will list specifically if the particular garment falls outside of normal size ranges. 

For Leggings (high waist):
Women's Classic Size: 0/2-12 (Previously Standard)
Women's Curvy Size: 12 - 20 (Previously Extended)
Women's Extra Curvy Size 1X-2X (22/24) 
Women's Extra Curvy Size: 3x/4x/5x (26/28) (Previously Extended Plus)
Kids: S/M- 4-6
Kids: L/XL- 6-10

Some Kid's Leggings sizes come in S, M or L instead of S/M and L/XL. In this case, please refer to the following size chart:

Kids S: 4-6
Kids M: 6-8
Kids L: 10-12

For Leggings (yoga waist):
Women's Classic Size: 0-10 (Previously Standard)
Women's Curvy Size: 10 - 18 (Previously Extended) General Numerical Size Chart:
